Our mission is to develop young children's cognitive, social and spiritual growth in a loving Christian environment.
Thank you for considering Wilson Christian Preschool. We are a licensed preschool that provides a safe place which provides experiences that enrich each child’s cognitive, social and spiritual development with caring, experienced teachers in a loving Christian environment. All staff members have a commitment to Jesus Christ and are qualified according to the Colorado Rules and Regulations.
Wilson Christian Preschool offers small class sizes, where learning is developmentally appropriate, hands-on, fun, and incorporates individualized educational activities. Daily activities that will be integrated in each class include: group time, story time, calendar, snack, arts & crafts, singing, learning centers (literacy, science/math, blocks, dramatic play & manipulatives), and outside play if weather permits.
Cognitive skills that will be integrated in each class include: colors, shapes, number skills, letters, reading readiness, and pre-writing. Social skills that will be integrated in each class include: sharing, listening, practicing manners, taking turns, using thinking skills to solve conflicts, expressing needs and wants, and promoting positive relationships. Spiritual values that will be integrated in each class include: songs, stories, Bible verses, prayers, discussions, crafts, and weekly chapel time with a Pastor.
We strive to maintain open communication between home and school. Parents are invited to visit the school at any time.

Weather Policy
We follow the district 20 schedule. If district 20 cancels school we will not offer classes. If district 20 is on a delay, classes will begin at 10:30 a.m. and snack will not be provided.
Wilson United Methodist Church
We welcome your family to our church and invite you to attend Sunday worship. Two services are offered: 8:45 a.m. (praise) and 11:00 a.m. (traditional) with fellowship time after each service. Children are always welcome in the worship service. If you prefer, we also have experienced nursery staff to care for your child, birth through age six. Children's choir is offered to children ages three through fifth grade and begins at 9:30 a.m. Our Sunday School program begins at 10:00 a.m. and offers classes for all ages. Wednesday evenings we gather for Wonderful Wednesdays at Wilson, with dinner and fellowship followed by diverse learning opportunities. We look forward to seeing you!
